Happy One-Month Birthday, Bryn!

You're sure to agree she's getting cuter every day. And, Nate points out, she makes lots of different noises. He calls her Flipper, because she makes what he says are "dolphin noises." But all in all, definitely a sweet baby. Especially when she's chilling in her new boppy, courtesy of a lady in our ward who was finished with hers. Thank goodness for sharing baby stuff.

    She is SOOOOOO cute! I think Juliann's head is about six times bigger than hers. We have the same pacifiers and they look small when Juliann sucks on them. Addison is such a good big brother!

Nate the daredevil

We had one more adventure last Saturday that Nate was too embarrassed to write about. Before our hiking excursion we went to Liberty Park to feed the ducks. Addison had a great time in his stroller soaking up some rays and watching the lake and the people and the birds. We tried hard to avoid the seagulls, which are gross if you've never had much contact with them, and to get to the two ducks that were around, but competition for that bread was pretty fierce, so Nate decided to make the geese work for it (since they're the only ones that would). The documented evidence makes me wonder who was working harder, though, and who was more scared. Must be those ferocious beaks or the powerful weapons they like to call webbed feet. Notice Addison's feet in the video where you can see them.

Golden Parenting Moments

Several weeks ago, Nate woke up feeling gung-ho on a Saturday morning and decided we were going on a family sledding trip. I was a grump, but went along with it anyway. By the time we found a decent place and got a good trail worn down the kids got snow in their drawers and it was time to go. We had a great time, obviously. Poor Nate! .
