In Suuummmerrr! With some bonus footage.
Here's a little of what we've been up to during these lazy crazy days of summer.
Successful homemade ice cream

The hair had to go. It's too hot for long hair this summer.
The kids did lots of jobs one Saturday and earned enough money for shaved ice.
Tons of trampoline time.
Blasting off to the moon.
Running around like hooligans when Mom's busy.
Addison and Bryn have a favorite climbing tree. They are little monkies.
All sorts of popsicle creations. Pudding, fruit and yogurt, etc. These are "octopus pops" that Addison found the recipe for in a Nate the Great book.

Ice cream cones
While Jenna was here, she and I pulled off the greatest, coolest, most awesome summer kid activity in the history of civilization. All told, the cost was about thirteen dollars. Worth every penny and then some, I'd say. And we got the "coolest mom and aunt ever" award for the day. Watch the videos to get the idea.
And the promised bonus footage:
I forgot to put this on the last post. Bryn found a gate on our hike and couldn't be contained.
Asa is getting so big! He's cuter every day and is a sweet, patient little guy. We've been down to one feeding a night for the past four days or so.
Couldn't you just squeeze them both?

So much cuteness in this post. I love it all. Your hair is darling, your kids are adorable, and oh my goodness you have 4 children. I knew this of course, but seeing it on the blog (finally, because I've been slacking for months) makes it real. Love you guys!
