September
Well, still catching up, here's an explosion of things that happened during September.
Nate turned 34!
We had Jenna here for a few weeks while she got ready for BYU-I. We did all kinds of stuff and it was really fun to have her! Bri and Mason were here for about a week too at the same time.
We hiked up at Snow Basin.
Painted our front door. It used to be just plain white. (I LOVE it!)
And made beautiful artwork for our wall.
Also we made a billion freezer meals for Jenna, and canned salsa.
We've had a couple really fun preschools. One day I got brave and took the little guys hiking myself. We made nature bracelets out of masking tape. They got to stick beautiful things on their bracelets as we found them. It worked better than I'd hoped!
We took a field trip to visit the Church History Museum children's section, and to have lunch with Daddy. The children's area is fabulous! Interactive and great for kids of all ages.
Filled the wagon with spaghetti one day. All the siblings got to join in on the fun, except for Bryn, who stepped on one glob of noodles in the grass, gagged, and went back inside!
Play doh porcupines. Who knew? They keep this busy boy occupied.
We planted a peach tree! We're hoping to add another one soon, budget allowing. We put this little guy right in the curb strip and are hoping he does well there.
Also just cuteness from this guy.
Dates with the kids.
We have been delighted to acquaint ourselves with these occasional visitors to our yard! (Less delighted to find evidence of them lying around on the ground.)
Bonus footage: Leah doing her famous "Happy unicorn, plink plink." Don't ask, I really have no idea.

Jenna and I drove up to Rexburg to get her all settled into her apartment. In a crazy turn of events, she lives in the very apartment, the very room, and the very bed that Megan had when she went there! What are the odds!? I'm so excited for this college journey for her!

Leah got to draw a picture of her favorite story of Jesus and put on the wall for everyone to see!

I don't know what it is about holes for peach trees that makes our children want to climb in them. But I think we have a picture of each of our kids just like this one around this age.
We've been getting together pretty regularly with our cousins for dinner/playtime/games. We are really enjoying having them so close.
Also just cuteness from this guy.
Definitely still his adventurous self.

I love me a good old fashioned blog binge! It looks like you did September right. What a party. AND I LOVE YOUR HOUSE.
